The collection of data at Fireblue Design Ltd is handled with full and proper respect for the privacy of our customers. The data we collect is handled sensitively, securely and with proper regard to all applicable laws. Fireblue Design Ltd does not disclose, distribute or sell the data we collect from our customers to third parties.
We maintain records of our customers and their interactions with us so that we can comply with our legal and financial obligations. At your request we can provide a copy of the information we hold about you. All we ask is that you make this request in writing and provide us with an administration fee of £20.
If you no longer wish to deal with Fireblue Design we can remove you from our records - excluding financial transactions which we are required to keep by law. At any time you can opt out of any communications with Fireblue Design Ltd and we will provide you with the opportunity to do this.
Where you have asked us to provide a service to you and that involves a Third Party we may share your information so that they can facilitate your order. This is not a common circumstance and we will inform you if that is the case.
We do reserve the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site.
Additionally upon request, we will use reasonable efforts to allow users to update/correct personal information previously submitted which the user states is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests.
Access to the database containing personal information is restricted to Fireblue Design Ltd staff members with direct responsibility for customer service or management of the website. Authorised staff members are not allowed to pass on information about members to non-authorised staff without the express permission of the Managing Director.
