TERMS & CONDITIONS of SALE
The following terms and conditions are in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Goods
The description of the photographs and goods being supplied are detailed on the order form when you purchase. The full price and any delivery charges are clearly displayed on the order form before you accept the order.
Payment
Payment for all goods and services is to be made in advance by cheque, Online Credit Card or Telephone Credit Card order. For weddings a non-refundable fee of £250 is required to stop us taking further bookings; full payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding. Fees for additional prints and services are agreed when you visit our studio post wedding or portrait session - payment for these prints and services is required before an order proceeds.
In the event you are unhappy with the prints ordered we will issue a full refund for any monies paid for additional prints - this does not include the associated studio time or any associated delivery costs.
If you are paying by cheque and we do not receive payment within 14 days we will assume the order is void.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of PURCHASE. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. If you contact us before a booking is made we can in certain circumstances transfer entitlement to another party. Gift Vouchers are typically dispatched within 48 hours of being ordered.
Delivery
Unless we inform you differently, all the images and goods you order will be supplied within 30 working days of the date we receive payment. Delivery charges are charged as close to cost as possible to keep them low for you - specialist items do sometimes require special delivery methods but the costs for these are agree up front.
All delivery costs are clearly stated on the order form on the web site. Where discussions have taken place in the studio we will have agreed a price before dispatch.
All items are packaged suitable for the product in hand. We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and try to minimise the amount of packaging whilst making sure it is recyclable and suitable for the task in hand
We prefer for you to visit the studio to pick up your prints so we can be sure you are happy with them.
Any refunds referred to above do not include the associated shipping or packaging costs if these cannot be recovered.
Legality
By purchasing goods and services from this website you are entering into a legally binding contract.
Cancellation
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days. This must be done by telephone and confirmed in writing to the address above. If you are in receipt of the goods you must return these in their original condition. All monies paid will be refunded within 30 days of receiving your written confirmation of cancellation.
Complaints
The Contract between the photographer and yourself shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. If you have any problems with our products or services please speak to us as soon as possible so that we may try to resolve the issue.
Copyright
Photographs and images sold from this website are covered under the copyright laws. Any breach of copyright will be dealt with under United Kingdom law. We defend our copyright vigorously as it is our livelihood. If you would like the to right to copy and distribute your own images please discuss this with us as it can be arranged for a fee.
Unless otherwise indicated, all photographs on this site are owned and copyright Fireblue Design Limited or are used under license and are protected by copyright under the laws of the United Kingdom and other countries. Please do not leach images from this site - include a full URL link to firebue.co.uk if you want to link to us.
